Cybersecurity That Protects Your Business Without Overwhelming It

Multi-layered protection with human-led response. Right-sized security for Australian businesses.

Your staff are already using AI. Just not together.

In most businesses we visit, several people have a personal ChatGPT or Claude account. Each one has worked out their own way of using it. Nobody has written down what can and cannot be pasted in. Nothing is shared, so every good prompt lives in one person’s browser, and when that person leaves, so does the know-how.

The fix is a business account, a short policy everyone has read, a shared setup that already knows your voice, and a few people who can show the rest. That is a day’s work if someone who has done it before is in the room. This workshop is that day.

How the day runs

About three and a half hours, with a break.

Where you are now

The stages of AI adoption, what your people already use, and what you want from the day.

Create the Team plan

You set it up live. We walk every admin setting with you: who can join, what stays private, what members can switch on.

Your AI policy

Agreed before anything is loaded, so the decisions about what data goes in are made first.

Teach it your voice

Your style guide, your best examples and your reference documents go into a shared workspace.

Skills

Install a starter set, then build one of your own from a real task.

Briefing and checking

How to give Claude what it needs, and how to verify what comes back.

Next steps

Rolling out to staff, choosing a champion, and when to come back to us.

Bring:

Who should come, and what to bring

Three to five people: the owner or whoever decides, the person who will administer the account, and one or two people who will become the in-house experts. Keep it small. This is hands-on, and everyone in the room builds something.

What we won't connect on the day

Claude can connect to SharePoint, email, your job system and more. We will show you what that looks like, in our own environment, with our own data. In yours, we connect only tools where each person signs in as themselves and sees only what they could already open.

Before you invite the rest of your staff, every connection gets a decision: switched off, or kept on and written into your policy. Connecting Claude to your company data for everyone is a separate piece of work, because file permissions that were fine when only people could read them are often not fine when AI can. That work is the AI Readiness Assessment, and the four-week check-in is where we talk about whether you need it.

Four weeks later

A 30-minute online check-in, included. By then you will have rolled it out to a few more people, hit a couple of things that did not work as expected, and have a list. We work through the list. If you want Claude connected to your systems, this is where that conversation starts.

Questions people ask

Why Claude and not Microsoft Copilot?

Because a new Claude Team plan starts empty. Nothing is connected until you choose to connect it, which makes it the right place to learn. Microsoft 365 Copilot reaches everything a user can already see from day one, so it needs your permissions reviewed first.

No. Creating it is the first thing we do together.

No. The Team plan is billed to you by Anthropic.

The workshop runs in our boardroom. It is hands-on across several screens and goes better in one room.

The workshop trains the people who will train them. An all-staff session is available as an add-on.

No. That workshop finds the processes in your business worth automating and ranks them. This one gets your people using AI well day to day. Either can come first.
